AdaRemediation provides AI-powered PDF accessibility remediation services. You may use our Service to make PDF documents compliant with accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2, Section 508, ADA, and PDF/UA.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any documents you submit.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Document Processing

When you submit documents for processing:

  • You retain ownership of your original documents
  • You grant us a limited license to process your documents to provide the Service
  • We will handle your documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Remediated documents are provided "as is"

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for the Service are displayed at the time of purchase. By submitting payment:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
  • We may change our fees with reasonable notice

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process illegal or harmful content

  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to access the Service inappropriately

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AdaRemediation and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdaRemediation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdaRemediation from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
